SALES EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

I/ General Information:

II/Key Responsibilities:

1. Search for and maintain and develop business relationships with target customers.

2. Prepare and submit work plans for approval and carry out tasks according to the approved plans.

3. Understand the features, advantages - disadvantages of the products and similar/ competing products.

4. Contact customers, provide product consultation and record transaction information in the log.

5. Issue sales orders/sales contracts.

6. Directly execute and follow up on sales orders/contracts.

7. Receive and handle customer complaints.

8. Coordinate with the Accounting Department to monitor and reconcile customer discounts.

9. Proactively update knowledge related to the job.

III/ Qualifications:

1. College degree or higher; preference given to candidates majoring in Economics, Marketing, or Construction.

2. Proficient in office computer applications and job-related software.

3. Enthusiastic, dynamic, independent, and responsive.

4. Good communication skills .

5. No prior experience required (candidates with experience will be preferred).

IV/ Products:

New construction materials, divided into 4 categories: Structural, Rough Construction, Finishing, and Decoration.

V/ Customers:

1. Construction contractors: large and small construction companies, and individual construction contractors.

2. Companies and individuals providing design consultancy: specializing in architectural design.

3. Companies and individuals providing construction consultancy: construction supervision.

4. Investors: investing in major construction projects; investment funds - real estate businesses.

5. Homeowners: owners of individual construction projects for personal and/or family use.

6. Companies or individuals specializing in supplying construction materials in large quantities for projects.

7. Building material dealers, individuals or trading companies supplying retail construction materials to construction projects.

VI/ Salary & Bonuses, Other Benefits:

1. Basic salary of VND 6-12 million or negotiable, plus bonuses based on achievement of sales targets.

2. Develop sales skills through practical work experience.

3. Management skills training is provided to support the development of personal start-up initiatives.
