Upvc chamfered edge bead is a non-plasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride strip used to create chamfered corners when pouring concrete columns, beams or when tiling.

General introduction to PVC, uPVC, technical uPVC Type.

uPVC Chamfered Edge Bead is made from techical uPVC type Plastic , also known as PVC-U. uPVC plastic has the full name "Unplasticized PolyVinyl Chloride" which is a form of PVC but does not contain plasticizers, also known as hard PVC. Due to this hard property, uPVC has superior mechanical, physical and chemical properties compared to PVC plastic.

Technical uPVC type plastic is researched and developed by HAN on the basis of uPVC but adds physical and chemical features compatible with different construction requirements.

uPVC chamfered edge bead is made from technical uPVC plastic type  to increase hardness, toughness, elasticity, gloss, color fastness, chemical resistance, etc. compatible with technical construction requirements.

Classification of HAN's uPVC chamfered edge bead

  • Design shape: square chamfered edge, round chamfered edge.
  • Design standard: square chamfered edge, hypotenuse chamfered edge. HAN only designs according to the standard of square chamfered edge, this is also a common standard that civil construction units often apply.

2 Size Depending on the needs and location of the item that needs chamfered edges, choose: 10, 20, 25, 30mm or more  
3 Load capacity All sizes of HAN uPVC chamfered edge bead have good load-bearing capacity under the pressure of concrete blocks without deformation. The chamfered edge bead with thin design and no center strut in the middle, the load bearing capacity will be less stable and deformed if the concrete pressure is large
4 Usage rate Depending on the nature of the project, choose the appropriate quality to save construction costs. Please note the number of reuses appropriate to the requirements of the project.

Method of transporting and preserving uPVC chamfered edge bead properly:

Notes when transporting HAN's uPVC chamfered edge bead:

  • Do not drag the packaging on the ground, avoid throwing it from above.
  • When transporting, use a flat-floor truck with a box/tarpaulin to avoid rainwater
  • When transporting many types of braces on the same vehicle, the principle must be ensured: long + heavy on the bottom, short + light on top.
  • Do not let heavy objects press on the box, make sure the box is not warped during transport.
  • The process of loading and unloading the brace box must be properly noted so that the box is not torn or warped.

Notes when preserving HAN uPVC chamfered edge bead:

  • To keep indoors: Place pallets + high, cool floors, avoid direct contact with sunlight, soil, mud, moisture, mold, high temperatures.
  • Do not stand the box or the splint upright unless you know exactly how to pack each type of splint.
  • With individual splints, do not tilt the splint too much or for too long as it will cause the splint to bend.
  • When not in use, clean and pack it in a box to keep the splint in the best condition to prevent dust from sticking, and preserve the color + glossiness best.

Loại nẹp nhựa vát cạnh dễ thi công hơn là nẹp gỗ. tháo ra nó nhẵn và tái sử dụng được. đã từng dùng. ổn hơn nẹp gỗ nhiều. HAN có bán ở cần thơ không?
