Transportation and Storage of HAN Multi-Size Concrete Spacers
Transportation precautions:
– Do not drag packages along the ground or throw them from a height.
– Use a truck with a flat cargo bed when transporting bags or boxes of concrete spacers.
– Place heavier bags and suitable products at the bottom. Place upper-layer slab reinforcement spacers (including CSS050U, CSS070U, CSS090U and CSS110U) on top, and do not stack them excessively high.
Storage precautions:
– Store the products in a raised, dry and well-ventilated area. Avoid direct contact with soil, mud, moisture and mold.
– Products packed in plastic bags may be stored outdoors for one to three months, subject to appropriate site conditions.
– Products packed in cardboard boxes must be placed on pallets and protected from water and high humidity.

Currently, HAN multi-size concrete spacers are available in two packaging options:
Bag packaging: 100–1,000 pieces per bag. Most HAN multi-size concrete spacers are packaged in bags, making them suitable for projects, contractors and trading companies. This packaging is convenient, easy to store and suitable for outdoor storage.
Carton packaging: 5–50 pieces per box. This method is mainly used for spacers supporting the upper reinforcement mesh in slabs, such as CSS050U, CSS070U, CSS090U and CSS110U. The boxes are compact and lightweight but must be stored indoors, away from moisture and outdoor exposure.
