Fiber concrete spacer with tie wire is one of the product lines of HAN concrete spacers with a design that has attached tie wire to firmly tie the concrete support to the steel reinforcement, positioning the steel layer so that it does not shift when pouring concrete, creating an outer concrete layer to protect the reinforced concrete structure inside from environmental erosion such as: oxidation, steel layer corrosion causing destruction of concrete structures leading to unsafe construction.

Notes transporting

  • Do not drag the packaging on the ground, avoid throwing it from above if packing
  • When transporting concrete spacer bags or concrete spacer boxes, use a flat-floor truck.
  • Large bags, suitable products are placed below, the steel floor blocks on top (note code product: CSS050U, CSS070U, CSS090U, CSS110U, ...) are placed on top, do not stack too high.

Notes storing:

  • Should be kept on a cool, dry floor, avoid direct contact with soil, mud.
  • If packaged in bags, it can be left outside for 1-3 months.
  • If packaged in boxes, it must be placed on a pallet, not exposed to water or high humidity.
