General Introduction
HAN precast reinforced concrete lintel is a beam-shaped structural component manufactured at the factory for installation above doors, windows and other openings in masonry walls.
The product is manufactured from high-grade fiber-reinforced concrete combined with load-bearing steel reinforcement, providing rigidity, load-bearing capacity and stability during use.

Effective Selection and Use
When selecting precast reinforced concrete lintels, it is necessary to determine the dimensions of the opening, wall thickness, load above the opening and requirements specified in the structural design.
The lintel length must be suitable for the width of the opening and provide adequate bearing length at both ends in accordance with the project’s technical requirements.
Before installation, inspect the product’s appearance, dimensions, installation location and bearing surfaces. Products showing cracks, breakage or other damage that may affect their load-bearing capacity should not be used.
Do not cut, drill or damage the internal steel reinforcement without approval from the responsible technical personnel.
Transportation and Storage
Transportation
- Do not drag, throw or subject the product to strong impacts.
- Use a vehicle with a flat loading surface and securely fasten the product.
- Support the product at appropriate positions to prevent concentrated loads.
- Do not place heavy materials directly on top of the lintels.
- Inspect the condition of the product after delivery to the construction site.
Storage
- Place the products on a flat, stable surface with suitable supports.
- Do not place the products directly on soil, mud or waterlogged areas.
- Sort the products by size and specification for convenient use.
- Do not stack the products excessively high or subject them to uneven loads.
- Store the products in an area that does not obstruct walkways or construction activities.

Product selection and use must comply with the structural design, the project’s technical requirements and the applicable provisions of TCVN 5574:2018, TCXDVN 356:2005 and other current construction standards.
