PRODUCTION STAFF JOB DESCRIPTION

I/ GENERAL INFORMATION

II/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform production tasks at the factory as assigned by the direct department supervisor.

2. Carry out production activities according to approved plans and assigned tasks.

3. Understand the functions, operating procedures, and proper use of machinery and equipment within the factory.

4. Perform periodic maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment according to the assigned schedule.

5. Inspect, prepare, and release goods from the warehouse as required.

6. Comply with occupational health and safety procedures in accordance with provided training.

7. Receive and handle production requests directly from the department supervisor.

8. Proactively update and improve knowledge and skills related to the job.

III/ QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

1. Vocational school or college qualification. Candidates with skills or experience in electrical work, mechanics, welding, or related technical fields are preferred.

2. Proficient in using handheld mechanical equipment and tools related to the job.

3. Disciplined, careful, hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn and improve.

4. Good physical health. Non-smokers are preferred.

5. Candidates without prior experience will be provided with training.

IV/ PRODUCTS

Innovative construction materials, divided into four main categories: Structural, Rough Construction, Finishing, and Decoration.

V/ SALARY, BONUS & BENEFITS

1. Basic salary from VND 6,000,000 to VND 10,000,000 per month, or negotiable, plus performance-based bonuses.

2. Opportunities to develop practical skills through hands-on work experience.

3. Professional and technical skills training will be provided.

4. Work uniforms and personal protective equipment, including clothing, safety shoes, and helmets, will be provided.

5. Year-end bonuses and domestic or international company trips may be provided based on individual performance and the Company's business results.
